Excellent service & very friendly guys working there. I was able to buy a rather difficult to find wireless headset at this location (Forza Horizon 6).

There was a hand written note on the door that said be back in 30 minutes so we left and came back and noone showed up yet. So we left again for 20 minutes and when we came back someone was finally there. But then the store closed in 15 minutes. Once in the store customer service was fine and the atmosphere was fine but I think that them leaving the store was unprofessional.

They were so quick to just rush me out of the door and were more concerned with trying to push preorders than seeing if I was actually done before checking me out. I was still browsing but started ringing me up when I was simply placing items on the counter since it was too much to carry in hand. The guy helped me bring the stuff up so he knew it was just a matter of not being able to hold it all. I was still trying to shop around and browse but basically felt like the entire time I was being rushed for whatever reason.If the goal is to just get the customer out of that door asap then congrats GameStop

Drove 20 minutes to go to this store vs the Elizabethtown one. Would highly recommend everyone does the same. Not only is the staff willing to help you in a much friendlier way but it’s a retro store! They sometimes have Pokemon games for the gameboy and GBA. Angel and Anthony helped me out and were amazing. Will make the drive just to deal with this store again.
