I sold me the wrong dock for my daughter‘s Nintendo switch I explained what happened and he said that he don’t care he’s not refunding it. He didn’t even try to help me get the right dock.

We visited looking for pokemon cards for my teen and they did not disappoint.

Bought a Ps controller from them, it was defective ,do I returned to get a replacement and was informed that I could not replace it with a new one.but was offered a pre-owned one for a lesser price and then informed that I owed additional money. When in fact they owed me money back.and yes I am a pro rewards member but that doesn't seem to matter. Total ripe off

Overpriced. Blatant price gouging. Didn’t catch his name tag but the staff there kept hovering and watching over my shoulder the whole time I was there. Annoying as hell

I bought a Xbox battery pack that was broken and a broken key board in box/sealed. Then I did what anyone els would do in this situation and arrange a refund well apparently they don’t do refunds on opened packages even know the guy said I could refund it if the product was broken. Moral of the story is I don’t fw game stop anymore
