Josh was amazing, patient, insightful, helpful, and very pleasant! I had a great overall experience and would recommend this location to anyone trying to navigate the gaming or card collecting world.

Josh helped me out today and did a pretty awesome job in my opinion. I was trying to sell back my ps5, controllers and several games for cash and he was the only one there. There were several customers waiting for service behind me and he politely helped each one of them AS he was assessing the quality of my equipment and explaining what was going on each step of the way. He never once got flustered or annoyed and he was extremely efficient. I like this particular GameStop quite a bit, especially because of excellent help like that! Thanks a lot Josh!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They have tables to play MTG and other games! Went with my husband and played MTG, had a great time and even got free card packs just for showing up! There's another store that has tables for games, but they're super rude, not friendly, and their service sucks. Come here instead!

Anthony is awesome, very friendly and helpful! This store has tables to play tcg now. Magic, yugioh, pokemon, a new place to play has been needed in Jonesboro and my wife and I had a blast, we even got some free packs just for showing up to an event. Come by sometime and play us at commander.

The employees there are great, but the store itself has had issues forever. Parking is impossible, the store is so crowded you can barely move around in it, and all of the items are marked high over MSRP. Also you can essentially return no items for any reasons. You're probably better off going to any other retailer or ordering off Amazon.
