Been calling this store for 2 days. Does your phone not work

Does not answer their phones. Called for hours and every time I got the message that they were busy helping a customer. There is no way that they were busy for that long.

They were quick to help find what I needed! I went at a super busy time, close to Christmas but they were still very helpful!

I’m really disappointed with GameStop’s trade-in system. They offer you very little for your games—sometimes just a couple of dollars—and then turn around and sell the same game for triple or even more than what they gave you. It feels unfair and really takes advantage of customers who are expecting a reasonable value for their items. The pricing difference is honestly ridiculous, and it’s made me not want to trade or shop there anymore.

The staff was extremely helpful. I have no idea about anything video game related. I was Christmas shopping for my son and I was obviously lost. I asked one of the workers to help because I had something specific I was looking for, and I didn't know where to even start to look to find it. They looked on the computer, then they even went and got it for me. I am so thankful for nice employees who are willing to help me, because I have dealt with a few before at different locations that were very rude. I appreciate the help and kindness very much. Would highly recommend this location.
