GameStop - 3168 - Vernal Marketplace

The staff here is amazing and they are very informative of upcoming events and products.

The manager in this place is a nightmare! I’ve never been more embarrassed to be in a store, he berated an employee in front of us and when the employee asked for help on something they had never done or weren’t familiar with he talked to them like a child. It was so sad! I was so embarrassed for the employee.

Jessy was amazing! So informative and so fun to do buisness with! She had a store full of people.. was quick, efficient and friendly with everyone!

Love our local GameStop. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked snd if they don't have it they will go above and beyond to help you get it! There are quite a few employees there but we do have our favorites: Steven is a great manager and he and EJ are always helpful and knowledgeable and always go above and beyond and have great personalities. They have a newer employee Aubrey who is also extremely sweet and helpful as well, hope she is long term as well. These are the kind of employees who keep customers loyal.

I would give negative stars if I could. I bought a used ps5 controller, salesman told me if it had any problems within 30 days to just bring it back. One week after the purchase and about an hour of use it quit working. Took it back to exchange it and they said they can’t do that cause I didn’t buy the warranty. But they would give me $10 off in store credit for it. lol, what a joke. I won’t be going there again.
