GameStop - 3157 - Eastridge Mall

Fraudulent Merchandise, terrible customer service, and attempted to refuse a valid refund I purchased a used blue PlayStation 3 controller from an individual named Brady. When I brought the controller home and tested it, it couldn’t hold a charge. Upon closer inspection I found the controller was a fake PlayStation 3 controller. The next day I went back to the GameStop location and returned the controller for store credit. I then used the store credit and an extra $5.30 to purchase a used gold PlayStation 3 controller. I returned home and tested it where I discovered it had unplayable stick drift and then it suddenly stopped turning on. I returned to the store once again to return the controller and was told by a man named David that I could just try another controller. I was offended by this statement as it’s not my job to see if the controllers being sold as working and authentic actually are working and authentic. I refused and asked for my money back. After I managed to complete the rather complicated return process and got home I checked the receipt and was only refunded the $5.30 from the gold PlayStation 3 controller, and was not refunded the $27.99 I spent on the fake blue PlayStation 3 controller. I then return to the store yet again and when I asked Brady to have the rest refunded as well I was told no and “that’s just the way it goes”. The other worker David then steps in and takes the time to find the transaction in the computer and finally, gives me my full refund. After four miserable trips to this GameStop I’m currently still waiting to see if I actually get my full refund. This whole experience was very stressful and I feel very disrespected.

Thank you to this store for shipping a retro game order to my house since I live elsewhere. My game works great! Thank you, guys! If I’m ever in the area someday, I’ll give you guys a shout! ☮️🕹️

Selling games as new when cases are not even sealed is a complete joke. Also these guys sell Pokémon cards at scalper prices. Gamestop has become a joke and they have lost my business for good.

These guys are totally sexest. Just because im woman they ripped me off almost 100 dollars. Kyle the man working when I called to complain was so rude and condescending and screwed me out of almost 100 dollars. When I got home my husband was shocked I was treated so badly.
