GameStop - 3018 - Westside Pavilion

Guy at the counter let me choose the Pokemon packs I wanted! He was mad funny and I appreciated how chill and nice he was. Definitely will be back for more soon.

Me and my boyfriend stopped into this store today 6/6/26, to sell them a video game. we waited in line for an HOUR while the main guy *Jacob* that’s always working there talked and talked to every customer on signing up or renewing their membership. customers were saying they don’t want the membership and he continued asking about renewing their membership. the line got to the back of the store and Nobody else bothered to pick up the second register to help out with the line. Therefore we will not be returning to this location. We are very mad and disappointed in the customer service that this store is lacking.

Super pushy about the GameStop pro ad and when I declined it for like the 4th time the guy said “I guess it doesn’t matter if you wanna save money or not when you just use daddy and mommy’s money” Then they gave out the GameStop Ho-Oh promo card they I reserved and prepaid days before 4 hours before when they were supposed to give the card out and I found out that they not only did that but gave way more people the “pre reserve” than they actually had cards - so it was just a scheme to get people to buy things. Wastes time, gas, and money and stood there for an hour all for nothing.

Stopped in for some toys for my kids, the guy behind the counter was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to give us a good deal. This man needs a raise. Satisfied with this visit!

Best GameStop in AL. I will never buy or sell to another shop. Customer service is A+, workers are so friendly, and the atmosphere is a whole vibe. Thank you all for a wonderful community 🙏
