Had an issue with a Defective item. Ethan explained that they could only do an exchange. Upon completing the exchange I opened the package while I was in the store and realized the new item had the same design defect. After some brainstorming Ethan and I found a solution. We swapped the good piece with the bad piece (thigh joint) and it worked right away. Thanks for working with me Ethan. He remained professional throughout our interaction

This used to be my home store. Great selection of everything, bigger than the others, most of the staff is great. But that Ethan kid makes it absolutely unbearable to shop in here now. From his constant complaining, to belittling other staff members, to singing inappropriate sexual songs in front of customers, including children (specifically Tears by Sabrina Carpenter), refusing to help or checkout certain customers because it will (and I quote) “ruin his numbers”, and telling customers if they don’t sign up for the pro or the credit card, he will be fired. I’ve heard and seen all of these things personally on multiple different occasions being in the store. I’ve seen him specifically be rude and hateful towards the girl that works in there multiple times. If there is a way to make a formal complaint to HR or whoever, I would love to do that.

Great selection and friendly staff. I love how they uphold the limits on purchases so people who try to buy everything for reselling can't ruin it for everyone. My new home location, even tho its a drive. Thanks again to the great staff.

Braided beard dude was just rude. 2 minutes to open he opened the door to complain we were waiting on the wrong side of the door outside? He then refused to let me use the pro account under my wifes name (my wife was waiting with our baby on the car) so I had to leave and send the wife in. He then decides to confront her about "sending someone else to use her account" and reffered to it as scalping. Thankfully this isn't our home gamestop cause our home gamestop never gives us issues.
