GameStop - 2937 - Woodhaven Village

Been going here since I was a kid and its always hit or miss. Of course they're always trying to get you to sign up for the gamestop membership, long story short she told me what the cost was $20 and then it rang up as $25. Im there with my nephew getting pokemon cards and just felt like the whole interaction was misleading and taking advantage of the fact we didnt know. By the time I had realized I had already left the store. Definitely my own lessons to take away but doesn't make me want to bring my business back here.

Very nice employees and really love common to this game stop . And the employees are very helpful.

Over priced and got completely got ripped off. Will not go back and my prediction is 5yrs Gamstop will go out of business

Good group (and I do use that term loosely, I think they have 3 people total) of employees in this store. They are severely understaffed but have always treated me decently. No, they won't give you brand new value on your trade in, they have to make a profit to keep the stores going. That is not an employee decision - be nice to them, they have to deal with the stupidity of their company overlords too. This review is for the employees in the store not GameStop as a company - the company itself sucks.

Great GameStop location in Woodhaven! I was able to preorder the Switch 2 at launch and pick it up at midnight. Friendly staff and helpful. Thank you!
