GameStop - 2920 - Frenchtown Plaza

Bought a game and worker pulled out 2 copies of the game and gave me the visibly wrecked case and stated “I’ll give you the nicer one while putting the perfect one back.

This store has no manager. No one who can help you when things go wrong. I bought a used controller, tried to return it an hour later and they couldn’t figure out how to give me my money back. Sold me a cable that was incorrect and don’t want to take it back after telling me it was the right product. Now I’m out 90 dollars becuase you guys arent trained properly.

bought a refurbished ps5. controller has a broken charging port and they threw in a 10ft Onn charger (obviously not working). Maybe it’s my fault for buying refurbished. It’s probably my fault for shopping here. Should’ve just gone to Walmart or bought online. Sorry to say, but this place is becoming more and more worthless everyday. Good luck !

The worst GameStop I have even been to and I am a pro member ship never helping customers always talking to each other employees wearing headphones horrible customer service very rude never have anything in the store new always the same old stuff I rather drive 30 minutes away or go to Ohio this Monroe Michigan gamestop needs a lot of help

Bought a console and it was filthy - the vents - inside casing and fan were caked with dust and dirt - the ports had dust and hair in them - if you're going to sell console as refurbished - at least clean it all out before selling it - didn't even bother hooking it up and trying it with it being that filthy - returned it - definitely not the GameStop I used to know and love - never going back
