As quick as they could be and gave me my moneys worth

Rude unprofessional employees. I bought 10+ packs of collectable cards for personal use and the employee accused me of being a scalper with a dirty look. Regardless of how much a customer is buying no employee should be disrespectful to a paying customer. Crappy staff ruining a decent location!

First off I wanna start by saying I never had any issues at this GameStop I went in to buy a headset guy with long hair was extremely rude non helpful and made us feel uncomfortable I noticed that there were Pokemon cards and was like I’m suprised there are and he said yes we got a bunch then I told my girl and he gave a smart remark”yea like I said we got a bunch” I then ask about the headset and he just kept being rude saying nah nah nah to anything I asked first ever review btw

Came in after 5pm on 12/23 and drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to go to game exchange because I got told 350 on the phone and got told 450 in person for used... So I decided to come here and told the guy about my experience with the other game store... He said "congratulations we're not any cheaper come back when you can afford it" the guy with the long hair... If you have audio on your cameras check them... And some advice Walmart is selling consoles brand new for 450 the fact everyone else's used prices are the same as their brand new prices are insane especially since y'all decide on what to buy these products back at ...

Andy and his staff are tremendous. I'm in once in a blue moon shopper but Andy and his people treat me like a regular. They are great at recommending things and helping when issues arise. Fantastic store.
