I love gamestop, went in today to see if they had the new supergirl figure and sure enough they did! I also signed up for the rewards program and that helped me get my figure for a decent price!

They only had 1 person working and I waited 15 minutes being 4th in line and the first person still had not even paid yet. Suffice to say I left my things and walked out. Im not waiting an hour in line for a $15 shirt.

They used to answer your phone call and help you. Now it rings 3 times and a message says theyre busy and call back. That's the employees not wanting to deal with the phones. I called all day and they never answered. That's terrible business. I have no idea how corporate allows that.

So bought a turtle beach headset. Didn’t see it was for a PlayStation . Got home opened the box then noticed it was for a PlayStation . Returned the same day to exchange it or get a refund . The clerk working said they couldny refund it because it was opened !! Never will I step foot in a GameStop . No wonder they closing locations . Need to close them all !!
