To the store manager: what is wrong with you? Berating new a employee in front of a customers is not training, it is abuse. You are cruel. I have been in this shop enough to know your attitude is not limited to one bad day. I don't know if you have a boss, but they need to know how bad you make the store look. I came in and was never greeted. helped myself, and could not help but overhear a transaction that left me feeling so uncomfortable I left. Not to mention the little rude comments that came out of your mouth every 20 seconds... I will not spend money here if it backs your paycheck.

Best staff in the business right here. Manager is someone I've grown to respect for following rules and putting those pro members first!!! I'm not a video gamer just a card collector. I only come here now cause my boy all about business. Thats whats up!

Never again with this location. I was wondering why my girlfriend spent an extra $15 at this store, found out after looking at the receipt. I asked her about it and the guy apparently told her "This will save you money!" And added it despite my girlfriend saying no multiple times. So, I'll be calling customer service to get that reversed because she never agreed to it. I'll also be reporting the manager of this location. Looking through the reviews I can see he has a habit of doing this. This is fraud Gamestop, I hope you know that. This was a charge that was not authorized and was told no to several times. The fact he hasn't been fired yet says a lot about this company and how it cares for its customers.

Glad I’m not the only one to come complain about the manager. Went in earlier today, my son was debating on getting something, we leave and end up coming back for it. I sent 2 teenage boys in to go grab what he wanted and the man was so incredibly rude and a complete jerk to my boys and told them what they wanted was for online sale only…. A figure that was literally in store. So I came in and he’s still rude and not helpful at all, the other guy working had to step around and help me out. Pretty mind blown by how bad this guy is at customer service …. All that while wearing a stitch shirt
