Great customer service with a few workers I was in a month ago and the worker there tried to kick me out for asking questions about a ps5 I went in today to get a ps5 and the dude working there was incredibly patient and was and incredibly helpful and answering all of my weird questions and helped clear off my concern of buying pre-owned. I would do 5 stars if every worker was like the one I talked to today.

Zach is the best. Not only did he help me get my 007 pre-order, but also let me buy the special edition 007 ps5 controller that he pre ordered. Plus he helped me get the assassins creed black flag remake pre-ordered

Maddy was awesome helping me find a new game. Made recommendations on both new and used, also provided her opinion when asked. She identified additional points to redeem redeem and save on Chronos and helped me preorder Saros on PS5. I really appreciated the enthusiasm and customer service.

Super impressed with my visits to this GameStop location. The salesman Marlon made my visit easy and was extremely helpful in the process. Give him a promotion/raise, you need more people like him and less like those in the Council Bluffs store.
