I tried calling 8 times over the last 2 days, no one answered their phone, not even for a "Please hold on a minute" & let's be real, they're not THAT busy. What happened to you GameStop; you used to be cool

Rusty was incredibly helpful and made me feel a lot more comfortable taking the plunge on a PR5 Pro! Great staff!

It’s great when it opens on time… this is at least the 3rd time in a month I’ve showed up 10-15 mins after their open time and the gate is open but the door is locked… current 12:13 PM on a Tuesday and the door is still locked. I’ve seen at least 5 people try the door and drive off, losing potential customers and money…

The people that work in Shawnee are not friendly and are extremely unhelpful. I'm never going there again. I'm doing all my business with the people at the midwest city location because they're friendly and extremely helpful!
