GameStop - 2798 - Collins S/C

This store sold me a DS game and when I got home the box was empty Tried to call 20+ times and no one answered the phone a single one of those times, even though when I was there earlier in the day I was the only customer there

5 stars. This GameStop location has been excellent every time I’ve been in. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and clearly knows their stuff. I stopped in needing a new PS5 controller, and one of the employees recommended one of the newer V2 versions. I ended up going with the green and black one, and I’m really glad I took his advice. The matte material feels much better than the older controllers, and the battery life has been noticeably better too. About a week later, I placed a fairly large order for a Switch 2, a few games, and some accessories. Everything was packed quickly, and when I came in for pickup, the same employee who helped me with the controller was there again and greeted me with a smile. That kind of consistency and customer service really stands out. Overall, this is a clean store with solid inventory and genuinely great employees. They seem to be doing a lot right at this location. Only slight downside has nothing to do with the store itself — the plaza is a bit of an odd mix with two sex shops, a Taco Bell, and a smoke shop. Dream lineup for some people, probably a little awkward for others. But the GameStop itself is top-notch.

Rude Staff, lacking of knowledge, don't come to this store

Business hours say 11am open, however it's 1:30pm and doors are locked, with no note as to why. I've been waiting 30 minutes for someone to open the doors so that I can pickup my order, I would have ordered my product at another location if I knew they would not have their doors open till later.

I purchased Call of Duty as a christmas gift for the wii, when it was opened it was the wrong disc or playstation. I don’t have the receipt because i bought it awhile ago and it’s now being opened. what a waste. employees need to be more careful when putting the correct disc in.
