The only place I go to get my gaming supplies man they are really best place to get a hand me down game system that works most of the time. So if your looking for a new game or gaming system then GAME STOP is the places to be cause they may or may not have exactly what you are looking for and if they don't have what you are looking for then they may offer you a different system at the almost exact price . So go in and tell them Big Daddy sent you sometimes they may give you a smile but if you get that customer service clerk then you need to ask for someone else ok??

Staff in the store was great but the manager Fran is very rude, condescending, and easily agitated. The employee in the store had to call her to help fix an issue I had and she cut me off when I tried to explain it to her, and when I tried to contradict something she said she started yelling on the phone that she’s not going to argue and I need to calm down. I never raised my voice, and barely even got a word in before she went off the rails. After she was off of speaker phone I even asked the rep if I sounded upset and he confirmed I did not. I work retail and had plenty of patience for the issue to be fixed. I can understand if you’re frustrated by being called while you’re not at work, but that’s no reason to have an attitude with your employee or a customer.

Store worker was not a friendly individual. I was hoping to make a donation to a local charity while having fun and was unable to even tell me what charity was benefiting from the event.
