I only had a question and when I called it was about 10 minutes before they closed. As someone that pays for a membership, it really did not make me happy that no one can even answer a phone. We weren't even looking to co.e in and only had a question about purchasing a game. Guess I'll just buy from the Playstation store instead. It's no wonder these places are going out of business

Love coming here to check stuff out ever since I was little. Prices are definitely marked higher than they should for stuff like funkos and collector cards like Pokémon

Love gamestop. Been going since I was a kid. This gamestop has awesome employees who are patient and knowledgeable. I often stop in for new games and also trading cards. Magic is always in stock and you get them for less if you have a pro membership.

Brad is mad. I excitedly am there for a new system which was more expensive here to begin with but it was in stock and I'm not a very bright individual. Younger group of 3 in line buying cards. One inquires about employment. Brad says it's a bad place to work. They leave he helps me. He's...okay acting until I decline the device protection and especially after declining gamestops whatever whatever for another $25 that I would "save or get back easily the next time I came in" mind you I bought the digital version of said system so I don't plan to have to be returning to the store for games etc. I'm assuming sales associates have to promote said service. But Brad you don't need to get funky with it when people decline this option that really does nothing for you. I made that mistake years ago with the old version of this system. 2 stars with Brad's bad mad funk.

Ordered a ps5 and got the Same day delivery…. It never came. The next day I called in the morning and they said some bullshit about how they were out of stock and they’ll refund me in a month. A month? That’s too long and if you’re out of stock why’re you letting people still ordered the shit? I really hope GameStop goes out off business
