Staffing priorities. Waited 10 minutes for another employee to stand there helping another employee search for a game instead of cashing me out. Wasn't a line just me. When he did help me, he was very helpful, which was very appreciative. Help 10 out of 10, wait time?.

Online hours say 10:00 AM opening on Sunday. Sign in the door says the same. So tell me why do I show up at 10:05, waiting until 11:45, and not a single soul has shown up? I just wanted to stop in on a Sunday morning to pick up some things while running errands, but I waited to see just how long it would take. I’m leaving after I send this message, it’s crazy to me that you can just not show up for the first two hours that your store is supposed to be open.

Barely any ps3/4/5 games, sold me a PS5 that was sticky with a broken remote, told me they could not do anything knowing they game me a broken controller (has to be plugged in to work, won’t hold a charge) intentionally. Very ignorant workers, the manager is very “stuck up” and immature. Do not recommend, will never be stopping here again.

Bought a headset a week ago. Didn’t work how I thought it would. Wanted to return it. Told me all I could do was exchange it for the same one. Didn’t even offer to upgrade to a different one. Terrible salesmanship and service. Will continue to choose Best Buy from now on. You’d think they’d take it back and put a “USED” sticker on it like everything else in the store.

Tried to call this location multiple times in the last few months and every single Time no one answers the phone. Which is crazy because this is the only location anywhere near where I live that does preowned anything. It’s really sad that I used to love this store and now I despise it. Not to mention how much money I’ve spent at this specific location. DO BETTER…
