When I arrived around 6pm on Saturday the door was locked. They had a sign on the door that said they would be right back asap and no one ever showed up… Ridiculous! Why did the 2 other GameStops in the Lehigh Valley get shut down and leave this one open when they aren’t even staying open until the official close time?

Saturday 6/13/2026 at 6pm and they have a sign up saying they will be back asap. Went to dinner came back and they are still closed 7pm. I saw multiple ppl try to go in. This manager and employee need to go or just close the store down like they did the other 2 in the area. Pathetic customer service.

The new manager is pretty cool but other than that this place has gone downhill in an instant. The inside looks like absolute garbage. They only sell a fraction of what they used to and they no longer even sell PC products. Definitely won’t be purchasing from GameStop anymore.

Just all around bad. The lady didn’t know how to grade the cards and a younger lady had to come in and show her while another male employee was there who didn’t know how to do anything either and then they said graded cards get sent out every Monday and a week later they still haven’t sent out my cards this location is extremely inefficient and they don’t know whether they are doing. “Update” they will not release my cards to me even though it’s still in the store they refuse to give me a refund and are essentially holding my cards hostage. Just a terrible store horribly run.
