GameStop - 2735 - New Point Plaza

I tried calling multiple times but spaced out since I’ve worked retail and understand the consistent ringing over and over can be a bit too much but never got an answer not once.

man with glasses at the counter was rude and snarky. tries to force you to buy protection on things you don’t need them on.

Jul 26 5:00 I came in and bought a mega greninja premium collection. And the cashier was rude and made a smart remark. Won’t be going back since you’re mad I’m opening packs with my kids for some reason. Idk why he is even mad considering game stop charges more than scalpers🤦

Love this GameStop and coming here since I was a kid. Always great customer service. Brent is a great manager

Employees ignore you when you try to get service. Female employee with tattoos wore too small of leggings and belly shirt. Their systems are constantly down and they never answer the phone. Completely unprofessional location.
