Store has definitely gone downhill over the years. Stock has gotten worse and pre owned prices on retro items are way too over priced. Not a fan of some of the staff either. They never acknowledge you when you go in. And most of them are all just awkward.... Especially the one with the unkempt one with the neckbeard, he is very creepy and kind of just stares. Made it very uncomfortable. Avoid him if you choose to shop here... Was also lied to in regards to their PS5 controller warranty. Staff member told me I can swap for a new one when my current one broke. Got stick drift, came to change it and was told by tge aforementioned creep that I can only do it for used product. So was basically lied to so somebody could get brownie points for shift. lol Thanks for the $15 scam gamestop. Please support local gamestores. If youre in Vegas, I recommend Retro City Games, Pink Gorilla and Wii Play. While they might not get the newest product, they all sell at good prices and all have good staff lol.

First GameStop I’ve been to in years that’s had old gen games like Xbox 360 and ps3/ps2! I completely forgot to get the associates name but he was super nice and helpful as well, definitely the best one I’ve been to in vegas so far

I had such a great experience at GameWorks! The person behind the counter was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me out. He convinced me to re-sign my account so I could start receiving my discount again—something I had totally forgotten about—and I’m so glad he did! On top of that, I’d been searching everywhere for an older game and was just about ready to give up. But he took the time to dig in, track it down, and get it in my hands. That kind of service is rare these days and really made my day. Big thanks to the GameWorks team for going the extra mile—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
