GameStop - 2610 - Goose Creek

Really nice people. Great game knowledge.

Thank you Francine for being so helpful and kind.

Chase was an all-star in the store!!!!! He was multi-tasking customers, and making kids feel welcome in the store. When he was able to help me with my purchase (totally understandable for the wait in the retail world), he was knowledgeable on my purchase, pros and cons, and overall service. If I still was a manager in the retail world, I would have tried to hire him on the spot and steal him from your store. I will be coming back more just because of him!!!

Stopped by to trade my PS4. Chase was working and glad he was. He was super friendly and joyful. Definitely a "wants to be there" kind of guy. Anyways, I was missing the hdmi and charging cable for controllers and he threw in his own HDMI to ensure i got the most out of my trade. If Chase is working then you can expect above and beyond from him.

Picked up a switch today!!! Great experience Everytime I go here. I literally visit once a week. I'm a serious collector. Quinn is always helpful and knowledgeable...
