They jack up the price ONLY for pokemon. A 6pk booster sells for around 30.00 they sell for 70. When I asked why they said its so scalpers dont buy everything???? What about us non scalpers we cant buy anything either. Do better!!!

The workers smell really bad and weren’t very helpful. Ignored us as customers while helping a customer in front of us for over half an hour. An explanation about why we were waiting so long would have been nice. Highly recommend avoiding this GameStop in favor of the Durant location.

This store is great... however this review is for the shipping department that handles online orders from the store. It took 3 weeks for them to skip my location and go all the way to Tennessee with destination of texas. Then sent it back to texas after I canceled it and it still showed up. By this time I've ordered 2 from Amazon that were cheaper. Thankfully I did cause what they sent wasn't even the right controller. So I returned it to store and received Mt refund as a store credit that I used but that was not ok technically the corporate office should have contacted me before 3 weeks . I still feel they should reach out if they even tag this . The store is great though the people there are great with customers the other side of this is a whole mess. Long story short order your accessories on Amazon and not online in the store.

I get they hate their job but do they also have to be so obvious about it? Other than that if your a gamer decent sales, pro membership is worth it if you still do disc. AAA games (yoti, God of war, last of us etc) usually get you half if not a little more like $39 with pro as long as you sell it within 2 months of release of course YMMV.

My family member bought me two old games for $50 (rip off) which I would have never paid but it was my birthday and they was being nice. I never played them never even open them and I didn't know there was only a 15-day return period smh. And when I went to return the games they wouldn't take them. And offered me $10 for the pair for games they sold for 50. Nice scam
