GameStop - 2547 - Shoppes at Fort Wright

I'd never bought a game or system before, and I found honest, excellent staff, who patiently answered a ton of my questions, the game system I purchased was clean, and in perfect working order. It's made me a very happy girl!! Definitely recommend!

Only wish they didn't close at 6pm, and Google hours are wrong.

I live out of town and only make it to Ft Wright a few times a year. I bought an Xbox Series game at full price and they forgot to put ANY disk in the case. The only option that they gave me was to drive BACK to Ft Wright and picking it up (with no comp for their gross incompetence) and they stated that if I didn't return within a certain time it would not be held so bye-bye $$. Apparently there are no mailboxes in Ft Wright. Highly dissatisfied, do not recommend, will not return. My only wish at this point is that they had a rating of negative stars.

Went down there the other day, closest GameStop to me since they closed the local one. Got there about 7:15 and online said they were open till 8. Didn’t look at the sign on the door since the interior metal security doors were closed. Came back today and got there at 6:30 and was closed again. Walked up to the door and says it closed at 6:00. What a joke, update your hours online so people don’t waste their time and gas to go there when you are not actually open.

This is a good little game stop with some random stuff for all games and some anime and the guys that work here will definitely help you find what your looking for if it's not in this store great people and they know there stuff
