GameStop - 2537 - Edinburg Shopping Center

Shootout to (734907) Veronica for helping me out with my return and in store credit, good personality, good people skills. Thank you . Update : I am very satisfied with the customer service provided at store 02537, particularly the care and attention demonstrated by David and Andrew , they went above and beyond to help me .

No. I do NOT want to join your subscription to save $0.10 off of a $100 purchase. Stop trying to guilt trip me. No wonder they’re closing down.

It was good and disappointed. Went to get the Gengar promo , but they only had 50 At store the day before . Even the employee working didn't get one . I guess that's what makes them so popular. Very nice store and very helpful employee. Thanks for the great but disappointing experience. I definitely return 😊👍

Well there you have it folks I promise to never shop at this Gamestop on University Drive. New power cord inbox no receipt but i have transaction on my bank logs. is a $10 return worth losing a customer over? Item still new in box most all businesses accept returns like this. she is telling me she needs a barcode from a receipt???i am telling you that you need to locate your systems to accommodate customers. small returns .. big console purchases potentially lost. adios!!!

Ugh! Bad customer service, the attendant looked upset having to answer questions about anything. Would have probably bought something had they took a bit of time. I guess the only job requirement is a like of gaming not people.
