Staff is incredibly helpful and very polite, my family is always greeted with smiles and positivity, I can’t say the same for the other location. The store manager Brandon, is always helpful and very knowledgeable! The two female employees (forgot their names) are always ready to help and know the best ways to save us money! We traded in a Switch and a handful of games, were able to get a ps5 for cheap! Highly recommended this place for trades, they know their stuff!! Now if I can get my husband to stop buying their sports cards, we will be set!

I come to this GameStop pretty often, and I always have a great experience. The store is always organized, the employees are helpful, and Brandon is easily the best manager. He’s friendly, knows his stuff, and always makes customers feel welcome. Brandon is honestly the GOAT, and he’s a big reason I keep coming back to this location.

Amazing staff ! We were greeted right away which was nice, even while the two employees were busy with other customers. My husband Traded in a PlayStation 5 system, after getting a quote from the website and he actually got more than he was quoted!!! Was able to get some shirts and Pokémon cards with our trade in credit. We will definitely be coming back more often, friends and online reviews use to scare us away, but we are quickly finding out it’s just sad people complaining!!!

My husband and I visited today to buy a couple switch games for our New Year’s Eve party. We were very briefly greeted by a female employee who then ignored us, sitting on her phone. There wasn’t many others in the store, maybe 1-2 others But her attitude and entire demeanor was very off putting.
