Friendly and helpful staff. I bought a used Xbox Series S and one of the buttons on the controller didn't work. I was able to get a replacement for it without any issue. I was bummed that the controller didnt work, but things happen when buying used equipment. The fact they so easily corrected the issue earns them a 5 star review, and I'll be sure to give them more business in the future.
