GameStop - 2403 - New Braunfels

NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE-- What is the point of having a phone if not to answer. I have never seen them too busy in that store to not be answering. Been trying for like 40 minutes.

The oriole who work here are super nice. Like it was pleasant shopping and buying!! Even having such patience with my eight year old who was touching everything! They didn’t seem admitted with her and were just really sweet.

Laid back and quiet spot to get some games or a graded card.

Kim at my local GameStop was able to help me out with an online purchase and made shopping there a breeze. Will be returning next time I’m looking for anything marvel or mtg related!

OMG where do I start. I bought a headset earlier this year and added a warranty to it. The receipt clearly states if the item went bad it will be replaced with a brand new one. Well needless to say my headphones went out so I took it today to get it replaced. They told me they were going to replace it with a preowned item. I was not ok with that. I bought a warranty for the reason to get a replacement if anything went bad for a new one. The guy in the green hair that works there was soo rude and told me he was going to call the police. As a business owner, I was shocked. I cannot believe GameStop would have an employee like this representing them. Know where on my receipt tells me I have to accept a preowned item. That is ridiculous. We tried to get the manager on the phone, but they would not speak to us just said it was store policy. I will be reporting to GameStop headquarters about this incident. This place is horrible. Should not even be in business.
