GameStop - 2367 - South St. Cerritos

Scott talks way too much while there’s customers waiting in line. He’s discussing video games with a pair of customers, moving at a snails pace because he’s distracted by the conversation. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to ring up 6 video games (customers he was yapping away with).

Both stores that I have visited, cypress california and cerritos california are both clean and neat, everything in its place. The assistants are very nice and friendly. They answer questions kindly and do not seem or appear to be rushing. I have never had difficulty returning anything.Nor have I had experience with buying used merchandise with any problems.

I came to this Gamestop after having a bad experience with a different one, Kevin I think his name was was so helpful and nice to me! I has a trade to do and he made it super easy. They had both items I wanted in stock which I didn’t overly hope they would because they’re kinda old now. It was a really positive experience and picked me up after having being turned away at the other Gamestop. I am grateful and I will come to this Gamestop as my main store from now on. You guys rock!!

I forgot to ask the second guy’s name, but him and Kevin were great. Getting back into gaming with my wife after years of not having a console or PC, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. Great selection here as well.

It's always a fun place to stop by to browse, enjoy, have some nostalgic moments, and just be a kid again. Really like the setup here. From funko pops,anime figurines, games from all systems, old school batman/superman figurines, discounted items, pokemon/one piece cards, and many other items. I was pretty impressed by the used section for ps4 games. Almost got something, but I couldn't find games that I found interesting based on you tube reviews. Either way had a great time, and hopefully get the paid membership in the up and coming months to get the $5 credit per month and other perks that come with the membership. The employees here are very helpful, and not bothersome. The suggest assist, but dont bother you. Its nice. Thank you for making my Saturday a fun one. 😊 Suggestion: Provide a display of old and current systems and sell those items. I've been having a craving for an old (working) original Nintendo system and Gameboy.
