GameStop - 2329 - Center Place of Greeley

Came in a handful of times a few months ago, & was severely disappointed with the rudeness of employees. False info on products, horrible customer service, & trying to rush customers out the door after dropping $600 at their store. Came in today hoping to see change, and boy did they deliver! Peyton had great customer service, very polite & helped me in a professional manner. Keep it up!

The employees were attentive and checked to see if they could help. Quick and easy check out and some friendly banter too. Friendly place.

This place really knows how to rip people off, even when they make a simple mistake with a purchase. Get store credit, get a "new" game, no pamphlet and its not in its original wrap, like the one that was accidentally purchased new and returned the same day. Didn't want to go to Loveland on a snowy day, won't make that mistake again, lesson learned. Money down the drain!!

I love the employees here they’re so nice and incredibly helpful but until corporate does something BESIDES selling pokemon way above msrp to “fight the scalpers” I will avoid spending money at any GameStop location. There are MUCH better ways to beat the market before taking advantage of and scamming your customer base. The cards you have marked for sale are sold higher than scalpers on Facebook marketplace. It’s insane.

Went in yesterday to ask some questions about how grading works with PSA and was met rudely with short handed answers. The past few times I've gone in it hasn't been a welcoming atmosphere AT ALL. I'm not sure what's happening at that store right now but I hope it gets fixed because some of the employees be rude as hell and has it to where I will not be coming back any time soon.
