GameStop - 2309 - Atasca Oaks

Their Magic The Gathering bulk cards had exactly what I was looking for! These cards are painted by my uncle, so I got to collect more :) the ladies at the counter were beyond helpful. To give them credit I walked in on May 22nd at 2 p.m. whoever was working at that time. Good variety of used ps5 games. Bunch of different gift cards to choose from as well. The TCG options seem fairish.

The woman running the shop is amazing!! Knowledgeable helpful and supportive in my grandson's decision on how to spend his store credit. He sold an older game system and through that process this same woman was amazing!!! I highly recommend you check out this game stop and for sake all others!!!! Lol Good variety of new and used game systems and games also lots of game related extras.

The older lady that works here was zero help. Online showed a game in stock but because her system showed she didn't have any, she was done with assisting me. Even though I was the only customer in the store, I asked if she would check the drawer just in case so I didn't waste a trip, she refused.

After having issues with rude employees trying to scam me at the porter location, I went to this one. The girl in the front with red hair (forgot her name, think it was emily) was very kind and accepted my replacement for a faulty ps5 controller. I don't shop for this type of stuff alot but will use this location in the future. Thank you, you were very pleasant to deal with. And saved my game night 🙂

I called this place back to back for 30 minutes straight then and they did not answer my call once! So i decided to go to the store and called the store again while i was inside and i watched the employee woman with ponytail and glasses pick the phone up and hang up. Over and over again. There wasnt any people there that she was helping at all. Sat there and watched her repeatedly not doing her job and hanging up the phone everytime i called. She needs to be fired!
