GameStop - 2264 - Willowlake Crossing

I tried to trade a brand-new game still in its package. They instructed me to go outside and remove the plastic. I did, and they refused to trade it because the camera saw me remove the plastic. Scam. Thanks for the discount but why "policy" says you cant accept brand new games from a yard sale and tell me to go to the other location I don't understand.

Really good customer service. Ella helped me find out if my system was reading discs. She was patient, friendly, and assessed the situation really well. 10/10 would recommend going here.

I went to this location on two separate occasions. The first time, the younger employee was working alone & was a little bit rude. Didn’t speak to us the whole time we were shopping. Not even a hi when we arrived, because she was outside on her phone. It seemed like an inconvenience to her that we had arrived. I just shrugged it off, maybe she was having a bad morning. I had to approach her and tell her that I was ready to buy something, because she was on her phone since we walked in. She looked at me and said “Well, You could’ve told me when I was at the register.” I let that go, too. The next week I came back to buy something else, and her demeanor was completely different because the manager happened to be there that day. That’s why I’m posting.

Always super friendly and attentive. I was shopping for 3 different birthdays and they let me and my son set up in the corner on the floor so we could go through everything we were considering purchasing. It was a mess to say the least lol. But we always have fun when we visit. Excellent store!!!

I like the way they display the games and other materials. There is a lot of other Xtra products to purchase as well. Games, t-shirts, superhero things. Very very much kid friendly. Wide spaces to walk. Very friendly staff. Worth your time and money to visit. Have fun.
