⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Jorge is always great to work with! He provides excellent customer service, takes the time to answer any questions, and explains everything clearly without ever making you feel rushed. He always has a great attitude and brings a really positive vibe to the store. If you get the chance to stop by when Jorge is working, definitely go see him. He’s one of the best!

Came into the store 6/13 12 minutes before they closed but the lady working told me she’s too busy and wouldn’t assist me even though I made it before the store closed… Poor customer service

I’m a little confused as to why anybody would go into the stores at this point. I tried to go into this location yesterday and they were closed completely. I stopped in on my way home today and there was a note on the door saying I would have to wait. A half hour before an employee would be back. I waited patiently and went in to buy a controller and maybe a Used game. The used game was only a few dollars cheaper than the brand new version. At that point, I’m not sure why you would get the used version. When I got in line to buy the controller, there was a woman in front of me trying to do a trade-in. She asked the guy working if I could cash out first because I only had one item and he said no. He then proceeded to tell her the system needed to do an update and she asked again if I could just cash out and the guy working said no again so I just left.

I want to go pick up an Uber direct order from this store. And when I get there's a sign saying close until 5:30 due to lunch break. I ended up canceling the order because I do not get paid that long enough. I would have had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That's not even the worst part. I drove 10 miles out of my way in Uber paid me nothing for this. Is it so hard to hire another person to watch the store while someone's on lunch?

Great customer service! The staff was super cool when I brought two boys in to make thier purchases. They helped us get a price for a game in-store that we saw online, even though it was marked differently in the store. The store is clean and masks are required. There are games, shirts, toys, mugs, and a variety of game oriented products. Parking at this location can be a bit crowded. It is nestled between T-mobile and Starbucks on the corner of Holgate and 82nd ave.
