I was told that I could receive a free GameStop pro membership and a discount on a preowned console at this location. They still charged me the full amount while insisting that that’s just how it will appear on the pin pad. I ended up returning the console and they said I won’t receive the refund for the pro membership unless I contact their customer service line (which was unavailable when I called). Very nice staff member but you should really review your policy with your employees.

I'm not a huge gaming person, but I stopped in before a long flight looking for a new (to me) Switch 1 game to play. The person working (Lyn? Lynn?) talked me through what games I liked (Outer Worlds, Breathe of the Wild) and suggested BioShock after I said I wanted something for adults. This was such an incredible rec and I basically beat the game in less than a week...I couldn't put it down. Sorry I don't remember their name, but they were so kind and helpful. Gamestop should definitely consider promoting them after this kind of positive in-store experience, because I bet they are dishing out this kind of excellent service daily to everyone who enters the store. I'll be returning soon when I need a new game, after playing BioShock 2 and Infinite obviously.

The only person working today was a lady with a bad accent and a bad attitude. She didnt know anything about retro games either. When asked about Playstation using disks, she immediately went to the only one that didnt use regular sized disks, the PSP. She proclaimed it didnt use the regular sized disks just small ones. The father was obviously confused by this and just dropped it. I asked about pokemon I had seen online which said in stock in store. She immediately seemed defensive and I thought maybe I had struck a nerve? So I just stood and looked at the perfect order they had. $50 for a booster box. 🤦🏼‍♂️. All I want to do is play the game in person but this is outrageous. I bought it begrudgingly. Next time you screw me at least be nice about it please. Thanks.

Came up to register to purchase a console and was met with two unfriendly and unwelcoming employees, a certain lady and another lady working the register seemed like they did not enjoy working here or helping customers. Came back to buy another thing and was asked with an unpleasant attitude: “can I help you??” However, they greeted another person who came into the store with a friendly attitude but muttered the words “why does everyone have to come here” (i.e this GameStop location) after helping that gentleman. I would recommend going to the other GameStop 10-15 minutes away that would probably treat you with a better attitude.
