My brother pre ordered a disc copy of halo campaign evolved and when we went to pick it up they told us they simply didn’t have it. He left a review on the store and they banned him from the website. You can’t make this stuff up.

The workers are extremely rude, to both each other and their customers. The last two times I’ve been, I’ve heard conversations that are not professional or even friendly to have at a store. The first time, the workers were talking about “4chan” and mocking their seemingly newer employee for not being a part of the site. They made a misogynistic comment to a female customer who was buying Hello Kitty merch and the workers implied that she didn’t belong in the store if she was just going to buy Hello Kitty merch. The second time, the employees were arguing about hours and seemed to be getting in a fight in which they both were talking hostile towards each other. The same visit, a customer was sharing that she finished her degree and how proud she was about, in which the worker told her that he wouldn’t waste time pursing a degree. These conversations are very off putting and made me leave early. The employees are not nice. Especially to women. I wouldn’t visit this game stop.

I have evidence indicating that he has also been seen working with another local TCG store, which raises potential concerns. Additionally, there are indications that during limited product releases, he and certain coworkers may purchase the most desirable items before they become available to the general public—something that appears to be permitted by GameStop. This further suggests the possibility of using his position to obtain high-value items for resale or private transactions. To conclude, I would advise customers to avoid submitting cards for grading at this location and not to rely on obtaining high-demand products during official releases, as they may already be unavailable by the time they reach the public. Gamestop at the University Mall in Orem has a great selection of games and collectibles. When I go in I am always able to find a great deal on something I want to purchase. The staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful.

Zero Stars, the guy in the store was a little bit rude indefinitely and I'm ready to get rid of me promise me be there 1 to 3 days before my son's birthday. Promise me I get an email with confirmation didn't get any of that I still getting the package for my son's birthday which is last week. No I'm asking for my money back and babe stop communicating with me. 9/20/25 update on review still haven't got my game or my money back nobody wants to help me at GameStop and they seem to think that it's fine to take people's money and not give them anything they also see anything is fine to lie about everything from the time frame when it's going to get to you and they're going to lie about their return policy as well the reality is if you give them money and they don't keep their end of the deal they will still keep your money and you still go home with nothing Still 9/20/25 I am editing this post for a second time today. The reason for my second edit is when I was reading other people's reviews I found out that I have even more stuff to complain about I asked him if I can just have it sent to the store instead of my house they told me no but somebody else just barely had it sent to his to the store for him at that same store also whenever I call to check on it they tell me that it's impossible for them to check for anything on their computer yet when I was reading other people's posts I seen that they checked for them when they called
