Rob’s attitude when I asked about the best way to put a card in a semi ridged for grading was terrible. He used my sleeve to shove another card in and gave the semi ridged and sleeve back all mangled. He has no respect for the value of the cards. Obviously there was a chance that my card wouldn’t have been damaged but the level of disrespect was crazy. The guy initially helping me was the complete opposite and even gave me a new sleeve. I ended up just taking my cards with me.

My fiance and I came in to get a used copy of Fallout New Vegas. At first the guy was helpful, made sure it was backwards compatible and said it was $15, great! She buys the game while I check out with the other clerk buying a Magic The Gathering pack. When I asked the woman if I could check out here she didn’t say anything and just held up her finger. She rudely asked me what my phone number is and was snarky when I asked her why she needed it. Didn’t say thank you or anything after it was purchased. After my fiance gets her game we continue shopping at the mall. I ask to see the case and first thing I noticed was the price sticker said “Pre-Owned $9.99 Member price $9.49”okay they over charged us $5…I open the case up and the front side of the disc is scratched up and in bad condition. When I flip it over there was a huge crack going through half the disc, would not be a playable copy. I go back and tell them I have an issue with my purchase and point out they over charged me and sold me a defective game. The lady “helping” me didn’t say anything, no sorry, nothing. She just grabbed my receipt and went to the back. Few moments later she returns with who I assume is the manager? He doesn’t say anything to me either. No introduction as “I’m the manager, sorry about this” or anything. It was like I wasn’t even there. After he is clacking away at the computer he asked me what I wanted. I told him look you overcharged me and sold me a defected game. He just stares at me and says nothing. I told him I want my $15 back and I would like some store credit or some kind of compensation. He says I can get you your money back but that’s it. I told them I’ll be leaving a bad review and that they need to be better about this and need to have better quality control. He sarcastically says “oh no! A bad review??” And “oh okay I’ll do a lot better just for you.” Wow… I have been supporting GameStop my whole life and I’ve always had a good experience at every other location. The people working here are rude, don’t care, and are rip offs. Do not go to this location if you’re expecting a good experience.

Holy upsell, batman! From the moment I walked in the whole vibe of this store was unprofessional. 3 workers at the counter. 1 in standing in the back. There were zero customers in front of me. I politely said Hi and asked for a copy of a game. ***WAIT YOU NEED TO PURCHASE THIS $150 PACK OF CARDS CAUSE YOU MIGHT FIND A RARE $1000 CARD** - No thanks, I just want my game. ***BUT ARE YOU SURE??? CAUSE YOU COULD FIND A RARE CARD** - No thanks, I've purchased more cards and wasted more money than anyone in this entire store. I proceed to ask a question about my rewards account. Get the answer. Step out of line to sort the account issue. Get back in line to physically give them money and leave with my game. The loud upsell guy immediately informs me he is clocking out and cant help. Super clutch. So I wait behind another couple checking out. The whole sale is complete. The second GS employee decides to go on and on with them about a preorder set of cards. They tell him they wanna think about it, he keeps going on. I FINALLY reach the counter again for the 3rd time. Hello, I want a copy of my game. ***DO YOU ALSO WANT TO SUBSCRIBE TO BE A PRO MEMEBER?** - No thanks, I dont buy enough games these days to make it worth my while. Thanks tho. **WELL ARE YOU SURE?? CAUSE YOU CAN PAY $15 TODAY AND SAVE $5** - Yes I'm sure, like I already said. I dont buy enough games these days to use it. ***WELL YOU WOULD SAVE MONEY TODAY BUT OK*** Like holy ineptitude. Just let me buy my game and leave without being upsold the ENTIRE time. This place is managed HORRIBLY. I will go out of my way to AVOID this specific location.
