Tried to order a ps5 for store pick up and their website declined my card so I could not complete my order. Then I tried to call and see if anyone could help me and was told to check if I had money in my account. So then I tried going into the store and the person at the desk instantly responded no when I asked if they had any. I had tried to ask why it advertised it as in-stock on their website and if it isn't it should be removed, and I got the classic "I just work here" remark in a condescending tone. It wasn't until the manager came out that he said o we have one of those in the back, why dont you take that one. Overall terrible experience I've come to expect from game stop.

Employee would not accept my return. He had really rude tone while explaining the return policy to me.

Whomever was behind the counter around 12:00 pm who was a customer representative had a very rude improper response and acted very unprofessional. I felt disrespected as a customer, and he also came off very aggressive to a simple easy going question. I will not be visiting this store ever again! I recommend those who look for something in this area to not come to this store.

There was a misleading price on a rack, that said everything on the rack was $10 & one item had $36.99 being it was the Christmas Season, my wife preceded to ask him, what the actual price was, The Employee, Said The Price is On The Tag, We Were aware of the tag, he clearly didn’t want to do his job, we asked him, can he just look it up to make sure the price was actually discounted, That’s all he had to do..
