★☆☆☆☆ This location has become increasingly difficult to recommend. My biggest frustration is the pricing. As a corporate retailer, I expect better. Instead, I've repeatedly found used games priced at or near MSRP, and in some cases retro games priced at levels that seem to follow collector-market pricing rather than providing value to customers. The same issue extends to trading card products, where prices often feel disconnected from what many consumers would consider reasonable retail pricing. It's disappointing because GameStop presents itself as a company that supports gaming communities, collectors, and enthusiasts. However, when used products and collectibles are priced at levels that rival or exceed secondary-market prices, it raises questions about who is actually benefiting from that approach. My experience with customer service has also been poor. In particular, interactions with one of the managers (very short male) have left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. During special release and launch events, the atmosphere can feel unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. Rather than helping customers navigate the event, I've witnessed behavior that came across as irrational, illogical, favoritism, and threatening and overly aggressive regarding store rules and potential bans. Even when customers are simply trying to understand expectations, the communication style can feel more focused on punishment than customer service. I understand that employees have to manage crowds, maintain order, and enforce policies. However, there is a significant difference between enforcing rules professionally and creating an environment where customers feel like they're constantly at risk of being reprimanded for minor issues. There are plenty of other places to buy games, collectibles, and trading card products in the area. Based on my experiences, I would recommend exploring those options first.

Took my 3 boys here the other day to get some small toys, the person behind the counter was very rude and didn't seem too worried about letting profanity fly Infront of grade schoolers, the youngest is 6. Im not saying I dont cuss in front of my kids, but an associate at a store while on the clock in front of customers granted younger customers who dont need to be subjected to that language, is not ok. It's a game store lady! Be more respectful and courteous to the customers. If you can't handle it than customer service is not for you!

Great gamestop location. Went in on a wed night and got some pokemon individual card packs. They had stock of etb boxes as well. Has a good variety of new/used games for ps4 & ps5. The place is kept clean and the employees were helpful. They let us open our packs at a table inside.

Went in yesterday 12/14 to trade in 2 switches and purchase a switch 2. Obviously during this time of the years it’s busy, it’s busy everywhere. The two employees who were ringing (a lady and Max? had glasses) were extremely dismissive of any customer who had a quick question- barking at them to get in line if they had questions. As a retail worker I can understand the stress during the holiday chaos, but that is never an excuse to talk to people like animals. At the end of our transaction, the receipt printer ran out of paper so the employee assured we’d get an email receipt. Another employee was already grabbing the replacement roll of paper, but we were dismissed. A few hours later, we still hadn’t received the email with the receipt, so we decided to back go ask for a printed one. The employee who helped us earlier (glasses) was quick to ask if it was for our last transaction and we said yes. They said they couldn’t reprint a receipt & again said we’d get the receipt via email, saying it isn’t instant. I’m not sure if GameStop really “can’t” reprint receipts, but again that employees attitude was extremely uncalled for. Especially because there wasn’t even a line at that time. I couldn’t imagine speaking to customers the way those two did. Extremely condescending and rude. Definitely don’t plan on returning to this location.

Glad to see this one is still around. The other place I go to closed. Good to know Steven is still around. Anyway, there's lots of anime merch now along with the usual gaming stuff. Been a GS customer for years.
