GameStop is still a great place to browse if you’re into gaming. 🎮 I like that you can check out games, consoles, and accessories all in one place. Definitely a spot I’d stop by when looking for something new to play.

Absolutely love this GameStop! The staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable, making it a great place to discover new games and gear. I always leave with something awesome and a smile on my face!

The staff here is fantastic! I believe the person that helped me at the store was named Zena. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue i was having and I haven’t experienced this level of amazing customer service before from other gamestops. There was also a guy that helped me over the phone the other day too that provided excellent service too, but i was not able to get his name unfortunately. i’m definitely going to this gamestop from now on, despite it being farther away from me. it’s worth it.

Just a few days outside the return policy and they wouldn't even give me store credit, no interest in building a loyal customer base. Best buy would help you out with at least store credit or exchange just to keep you as a customer but GameStop had no interest in my business, even though my wife had just spent so much money on a brand new PS5 with stand, games and accessories for Christmas 30 plus days prior. She gifted me a game I already owned so I went and asked for an exchange or store credit and instead they wanted to "buy back" my sealed game for a few bucks. I know it's their policy but I was in retail too for 10 years and helping a customer that's a few days outside that policy would turn him from shopper to loyal customer. I have a brand new PS5 and all my future purchases for it are going to go to Best buy or Amazon because of the lack of interest in helping customers. I also should mention that the lady who didn't help me seemed very miserable and non chalant, not even a greeting when I went in and asked for help. I really thought they were a community of gamers helping gamers but it's just like walking into dollar tree.

I've been searching left and right for some lorcana cards. Low and behold. There was only 8 left. Normally I don't always buy all of them but today I bought all eight. I had The lovely Autumn bless each card and the blessing did work for two booster cards. If there were more cards, I would probably come back and have autumn bless them again. To bad there's not enough stars but I would come back very soon. (here are the cards that were blessed)
