Employee named Jason is great! Seen this man run a crowded store by himself without stressing. Definitely makes shopping easier, and he’s beyond helpful! Great employee!

Great GameStop, while I was looking for an specific game, I could hear how friendly and kind they treat every single customer. The manager helped me to find the game and even helped me with other 2 more. Totally recommended.

I was excited to pre order pitch black for the already increased price of $48.00 compared to the $26 retail value for pokemon cards. I was told the other day it was $48. I came back today and the guy gave me an attitude and said $60 WE DONT DO MSRP! Sorry Im not paying more than double. I will happily let my membership expire. Im done with gamestop.

“We are out of stock of the in stock item you ordered for pickup online. I am going to cancel it so you get your money back & are able to get your item from somewhere else.” Then the guy doesn’t cancel my order, I don’t get my money back, & no one answers the phone.

Just visited this GameStop (Coral Square Mall) to pick up an item that was listed online. When I arrived, the store price did not match the price listed online. I asked if they would honor the online price, but they refused. I spoke with the manager on duty (March 7, 2026 around 6:10 PM). He told me he could adjust the price but said he wouldn’t because he would get penalized for doing so. Despite acknowledging the discrepancy, he chose not to make it right. I drove there specifically to purchase the item based on the listed price and ended up wasting an hour of my time. Experiences like this are exactly why GameStop struggles to retain customers. If a manager has the ability to resolve a simple pricing issue and chooses not to help the customer, that speaks volumes. I recommend doing business elsewhere.
