Came in to exhange a pre owned controller I bought from a different gamestop that had stick drift when i opened it up the day prior. Came here to swap it for a brand new ps5 controller and was easy and smooth. Great music playing too.

It’s 8:05 PM, and I drove across town because this GameStop advertises that it’s open until 9:00 PM. When I arrived, the doors were locked even though the lights were on and an employee was inside. I have waited over 20 minutes in case they had stepped away briefly, but there has been no sign, no explanation, and no acknowledgment from staff. If the store is closing early, the posted hours should be updated so customers don’t waste a trip. Update: 7 potential customers have also walked up to the door to go to surprisingly find it closed. Potential customers. Potential money. I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but I drove 30 minutes to get here, and now have to drive 30 minutes home to my kids empty handed. Im irate.

I like here but they closed at 8pm and the app said they close at 9pm :)

1 star because I can't put in 0. They do not pick up their phone. I called at least 10x and no one answered. I am just trying to find out if an item was in stock for order pick up. Site and store stock info do not match. This is me checking while in another store.

Great location. Had a good selection of ps3 games I was missing for my collection and was super surprised to see an area set up for playing card games as well as singles available for purchase in store.
