GameStop - 1620 - McCreless

I went into trade in a switch one for credit and purchase a switch to. I continuously asked the person helping me that I needed to switch my game data through the transfer mode and he said no and I asked him if he was sure he said yes he said it’s fine. I just need to log into my account once I start up the new switch2. Low and behold when I get home, there’s no way to recover the game data on the switch 2 and he already erased the switch i traded in and an unable to transfer the data as i had told him i needed to. While this seems menial this was years of save gave data and it’s been extremely frustrating dealing with how the clerk dealt with the whole situation.

I don’t appreciate that one of your employees adding a game warranty without my consent. It was never offered as an option. I was only informed regarding renewal of my membership in which I declined 3 times. I did not catch the warranty add-on due to the amount of games I traded it. In the past, employees would ask me if I wanted the warranty add on, but not this time. Even if $4.99, its the principal of adding it without my consent. You have lost a customer.

Beep bo beep bloop...I have to face the fact these stores don't accommodate boomers....I went in today looking for game boy advance sp charger chord and the guy said they only carry items/products for Nintendo switch and up...there are many fans my age who would love the ol school classics still available...although they had a lot of cool products and games they didn't have what I was looking for. When I walked in they had an irritating loud speaker announcing welcome to GameStop message etc... which sucks for the employees cause that would be annoying... customer after customer, day after day ... The same loud message that just ended up getting blocked out cause it was so noisy and unnecessary. Anyway the guy Fabian was very helpful and was running the store all alone. He said I would probably be able to find what I need at game over or a place called propaganda palace I think...they had a clearance sale like 15-25% at the time of writing...clean store and helpful staff, lots of items...just no ol school stuff...this location was out of my way and didn't have what I needed , guessing not sure if I'd be back...so game over...

I went into this Game Stop and was greeted by the staff. During the time at the Game Stop I noticed there were alot of neat action figures and star wars props and I really liked the addition of that within the store. Additionally, the store was clean, organized and staff was extremely friendly. Although, I did not purchase any items I will be returning in the future to make purchases. Thank you Game Stop Team and Great Job on the new updates.

This Gamestop is always top notch and always customer friendly. From the Manager, Asst. Manager, and all of the other Reps, these guys/gals always know what you need and are well informed with current events, game systems, and everything gaming.
