GameStop - 1577 - Barracks Road

Total waste of time. I placed an online order and was told I had 3 days to pick it up. I showed up today 3 days later to pick up and was told my order had been canceled and I would receive a refund at some point. They said it was canceled bc I only had 72 hours to pick up (not actually 3 days per all communication from Game Stop).

I tried to return a broken headset that I just bought and they said that I need to buy an extra warranty for an extra price to be able to return it

Me and my girl friend went to this location to get her a ps4 controller for her birthday, and multiple of the workers made rude and suggestive comments that made her uncomfortable, so when we asked them to cut it out they claimed it was their store so they could do what they want and kicked us out.

Lied about the compatibility of a few games I bought for my kids birthday. Went back in and was told to call customer service since I was outside the 7 day return period. Overall experience was garbage

A refreshing in-store experience. Jason (new store manager) has really turned the shop around, he cares and it shows through every interaction he has with customers. If you get a chance, instead of buying your game online go into the store and talk to actual employees there. It's welcome to see people passionate about new games and tcg.
