Employees at the one at Rosedale today were no help at all I came in they didn’t greet me they asked me what I was looking for I told them an Xbox controller and they proceeded to go back into their conversation and didn’t suggest or help me in any way left me just standing there looking dumb I walked out and then they told me “have a good day” mind you a white male came in after me and they greeted him they also are two white femlaes I definitely don’t appreciate it and won’t be supporting tha store no more!

Got ripped off at GameStop. Walk in to buy a controller and yes I accidentally bought the wrong one. But I was told before I left I had 7 day if there was an issue to come back and return it. I literally came back in 45 minutes. And I didn’t even want the return I wanted to pay the difference for the correct controller. Now here’s where they scam you. They “don’t do returns once you have opened it” so what is this 7 day return policy??? Was I supposed to put the box on my shelf and just admire it????? This people and this company have become nothing but crooks and scam artists and I will never spend another dime in there for as long as I live

One of the best GameStop stores around Stores always clean and organized and the staff is ready to help. GameStop definitely need some improvement on the corporate levels. But this is no fault of the store
