Horrible employees went to this store to get my son a PS5 game for his birthday the game had a price tag of 39.99 took it to the counter to purchase the guy ringed it up came out to 64 dollars I told him the price tag has 39.99 he said yeah the price changed deal with it so I told him if the price changed then the price tag should have changed he said do you see how much stuff is in this store and proceeds to start yelling for me to leave the store I will never step foot in that store ever again if you know how to talk to customers then find another job I got the same game from a different GameStop West Ashley for 29.99

Way overpriced on almost everything. Selection sucks. The price they have pokemon at should be illegal. Go to the real card store right around the corner for good deals on pokemon or any tcg. But this is what people wanted when they bailed out a failing company and begged to be treated like crap

I will never spend my money at a GameStop ever again after the experience I had. I stopped into this GameStop with my wife because we were going to buy a ps5 for my birthday. Was excited and we told the associate at the counter that we wanted a ps5 with the disk drive. He pulled one out the back that was an original version and we also got like 4 games to go along with it. Spent a lot of money. So we left and got home about 20 minutes later. Pulled the system out the box and hooked it up. Got ready to play and come to find out it didn't have a drive! So I hurried back to the store and they was closed! So took it back today, that makes three trips to this store and they were ok no problem we can give you another system, it will just cost you another 24 dollars. All we have are slims. I am so tired of companies trying to wring every little bit of money they can out of you. Going to GameStop used to be a magical, exciting time back in the old school gaming times, now it's not worth my time.

Went in today to buy my first pack of Pokémon cards, I enjoyed playing while younger and I definitely had a favorite. Guy at the desk was super friendly, polite, and was patient with my lack of current card knowledge. First card I pulled was my favorite Pokémon as a kid, kinda felt like a Disney moment. Thank yall for making my day!
