Wanted to buy splatoon raiders it was in the front of the store i grabbed it thinking it was out already, only for them to say its not out. Very rude and no customer service at all just plainly said “ it’s not out” and ignored me. so why put the game out at the front of the store if it’s not out???

This is the "refurbished" xbox I got from this location. Disgusting. I returned it immediately.

Traded some games in. Whole place seemed like it could use some customer service training. Not rude, just not informative at all. Never told me how much I was getting for trading games in, the card reader said $124. They give me $97 and walked off. Figured out later it was because of cash value/store credit value but some basic customer service etiquette training would be beneficial. Overall, got some cash so no big deal

Maddening and disappointing to go to this shop today. Sunday, March 22 at 2p and try to teach my son to buy Luigi's Mansion 3 for the Nintendo Switch. He got out his wallet and counted out his money (he's 9), and handed it over for the $39.99 purchase. They rung us up for $62. We were confused when the cashier abruptly said it was the wrong price. I've no idea what the difference here is, but we were obviously mystified and my son just as confused as I. Lots of games in this price range and it's a 2019 title, so we weren't thinking anything of it. But he was still awkwardly silent then asked to help the next person after I inquired about the price discrepancy. That this guy continued his interaction in such a manner as to ignore my son and I... So I asked for a manager and he was evasive, saying only "he's out right now". Unbelievable experience that left our family and the few behind us astonished. Never returning here. About the most rude interaction that came at the expense of my son. I had to leave to keep my cool.
