GameStop provided excellent customer service during my visit—the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which made the shopping experience pleasant. However, the store was lacking in product availability, which was disappointing. Many items I was hoping to find were out of stock, and the overall inventory felt very limited. At times, it almost felt like the store might be struggling or going out of business. With more products in stock, this location could easily offer a great shopping experience. The staff is top-notch, but the lack of selection significantly impacted the overall visit. I would recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for customer service, but be aware that the product availability may be limited.

Came in last Tuesday July 22, 2025 to do a trade in. The manager Stacie came in late to help me with my trade in. I wanted the same cash credit as in store credit. There was a sign up that displayed i could. The manager was very nasty in insisting the sale ended. But that’s not my problem if the signs are still up. Couldn’t believe the way my transaction was handled. So unprofessional. It’s your job to honor the promotion signs you put up in the store. If the promotion is over please take them down. I was heavily Inconvenienced. Contacted district Manager and no response. Just ridiculous. No accountability.
