Kylie (I’m not sure if I’m spelling that right I’m sorry!) was my absolute hero today. I called several times in the morning asking about the Halo GameStop exclusive Jazwares action figures that released this month. They answered the phone and said they had only one in stock and that he would hold it for me. It sounded like they had a lot going on in the store when I called but they assisted me over the phone in a kind and reassuring way. When I got to the store. He knew exactly what it was when I mentioned what I was in the store for. I was so appreciative of his help despite how busy it was due to a product releasing. Kylie did a wonderful job and I hope the right person sees this. GameStop is lucky to have them on their team!!

Went here to trade in some consoles, waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get dismissed because they didn’t see me waiting. Super disrespectful, I recommend not coming here unless you truly want to feel miserable. They only have one station dedicated for trade ins. The big dude in the blue shirt and glasses, took his frustrations out on me. 0/5 if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. Associates are far too busy to render check out. They care only about online orders and buying cards/systems while the line to purchase grew to over seven customers deep. When I inquired about customers and they should come first they only continued to do their thing which was not to check any of us out. I left. You really need to rethink how you run this store.

SCAMMED IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Very rude and pushy, I was just in there the other day with my girl getting a 360 game for us to start to play through and at checkout I told them id give them my phone number since I do have an account there but I don’t want any warranty’s or to renew my “recently expired” account even though it expired back in October 2024 1.5 years ago, yet “Jake” I’m assuming that’s who was hurting me from the receipt l don’t remember them wearing name tags which they should but they still slipped a 2.99 warranty add on in which I did not ask for and specifically asked them not to be charged for, they also decided to pull up my purchase history here and showed me shopping 3 times in the last month and they put it in my face and just kept trying to get me to renew even though I said no from the start, horrible service, horrible experience, i’d start off with getting rid of Jake, I’m coming in here to relive childhood moments and try to have fun, not get scammed and choked out by these guys, so as long as the team doesn’t change I don’t believe I will be going back to this location, Also just now at the end when taking some photos I realized they slipped a little warranty sticker in my box as you can see in that last photo, I am a sales manager at a retail store and I am just very dissatisfied with the way they think some of the stuff they do is okay around here. It's a typical GameStop retail store. One thing that I can't figure out is why does it smell so bad. Having managed Electronic Boutique stores way back in the day, I just can't figure it out. Their regional manager surely knows this and am super surprised that they haven't tried removing or at least trying to mask the smell. Before you walk in close your eyes and imagine your about to walk into the locker room of a college football team after summer practice that has taken place in 100 degrees after 5 hours of training.. now walk into the store about one third the way in. Enjoy.
