Peak place to go to...amazing food, stores, and staff, too! If you ever are in the area, it is a must-see on your list.

They don't have anything interesting for sale, and—among other things—the staff keeps a close watch to ensure customers don't steal anything; apparently, they think their merchandise is interesting enough for someone to want to steal it. I don't shop at stores with pushy salespeople. Then again, GameStop has always been a dump.

Came in today to trade in 2 PS4s and extra controllers, not very impressed with the associate Shawn. Waited in line for him to tell me the other computer had to do that and pushed me along to Ben. Okay. Explained to Ben what I was there to do. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day or didn't want to do it or a combination of the both, whispers were exchanged between the two after the eye rolls. Get into Ben checking them over, one controller is sticky, we knew this. Great. First playstation working fine, get to the next playstation, something about not connecting to the wifi, I just had it connected at home. Then the controller isn't either and not vibrating. I asked Ben what the price difference is for trade in at that point, and told him I just had a working fine, Shawn then thinks he needs to step up and was very very condensing and disrespectful, honestly felt he was that way the entire time. Shawn started "cleaning up" the first one they checked with goo gone, it did have an old God of War sticker when I purchased that my son took off. Maybe that should have waited until we were fully done with the purchase before putting goo gone on it, only my opinion. If I known somewhere else had a PS5 available and would do the trade in I would have told them to pack it up and I'll go elsewhere, I really think I was just screwed about the trade in price. Also noticing on my receipt I was charged for a microUSB cord that I didn't know about, and says I declined warranty coverage. I asked about a warranty but was never asked if I wanted one. Very disappointed and feeling very screwed over.
